“I have been on a deconstruction journey from a toxic church upbringing and purity culture shame for years. I had come to a stand-still and wasn't sure how to move on. Jessica helped me organize my thoughts and put them into words that finally made sense to me. She created an environment where I felt completely safe and excited to share my thoughts and feelings. She encouraged me to embrace my body and own who I am, not who others might want me to be. With her coaching I was able to move on from the things that had been holding me back and continue on my journey. Thank you Jessica!”
- Katie, Washington
“Jessica created a safe space for me to question my faith and build confidence in my intuition. Our coaching helped me forge my path and release stored emotions I had not felt comfortable sharing with anyone else. She let me be myself and guided me to try and adopt a spiritual practice I had been thinking about but never had the confidence to try because I felt others would judge or condemn me. Jessica was the first person to make me not feel alone when questioning my faith. It felt like I had a loving community again, which was life-changing.”
- Kaitlyn, Colorado
“My coaching with Jessica was enlightening and taught me so much about myself and who I am now versus the culture that I was raised. She was supportive, inquisitive and gentle throughout our sessions together, and makes it her mission to make you feel seen and heard. Jessica posed questions to me that I had never thought to ask myself in my journey of discovering what I truly believe in. I feel more grounded and confident in who I am because of working with Jessica.”
